In the current socio-economic conditions of the state support and social protection of disabled people , providing them affordable for the environment is one of the major problems of society, of the requirements of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to ensure disabled access on an equal basis with others to the physical environment (buildings and structures surrounding a man in everyday life ) , transport, information and communication , as well as other facilities and services open or provided to the public. As part of this article discusses the main problems of creating an accessible environment for the disabled in the Primorsky Region.
